Circle Polish - Stripe & Wave Patterns

Another option we offer on sheet is that of CIRCLE POLISHING.
This is a special finish of overlapped and crossed circular patterns. The surface finish is known by numerous names such as Damascene, Marbling, Watchcase finish and Fiorettatura (Flower embossing). We have a fantastic state of the art “Ronzani Marbling machine”. This really is an exceptional machine with more than just one capability.

STRIPE PATTERN (“FASCE”)

We also offer alternative surface finishes, which are created via the circle polish process but give an entirely unique finish. “Fasce” a longitudinal strip type pattern.
This creates a wonderful three dimensional and dynamic optic effect

WAVE PATTERNS (“PIPELINE”)

A combination of throughput speed and circle size creates lines, waves and circles of numerous variations. Aimed at the field of architecture, interior design, elevator construction, the building sector and urban design. For  those who are open to new ideas and innovative solutions.

All these variations created from “circle polishing” are available on different surfaces, raw sheets, satin and bright/mirror polished. Working widths are plate standards of 1000mm, 1250mm and 1500mm. Once again available on Sheets of Stainless Steel, Brass, Copper, Aluminium, Phosphor Bronze, Nickel Alloys and Gilding metals.

 All sheets are poly-coated (0.002” and 0.004”)
